That's What I Get For Eating Healthy

This is indeed my tooth and it took me FOREVER to get this one shot. So look at it for a really long time.

I broke my molar. The one way in the back on the bottom left. A big huge section just sheered off. What caused this minor catastrophe? A cherry pit. In my effort to eat a healthy snack, in place of Girl Scout Cookies (which, by the way, would NOT have broken my tooth), I get a big dose of dentist tomorrow morning. I will probably be getting a crown.....my second. See that white gleaming tooth next to my sad filled, broken one? That is the crown I just had put in in October. I brush and floss regularly....genetics suck.

I have bad teeth genes too. I brush and floss but it doesn't seem to matter :( Good luck at the dentist tomorrow!

All I could think was, "Wow, you've got a great camera that takes a close-up picture like that... "

Ugh. Hope your trip to the dentist isn't so bad.

oh, that sucks. and only 2 crowns does not equal bad teeth - i have horrible genetics and post pregnancy i spent about 2 years with fairly regular dental appt. i ended up telling my dentist to not give me a shot for a simple cavity...yes, i got that good with the pain:)

I did the exact same thing with a granola cluster. It was like hitting a f-ing rock and then *SNAP* hunk o' tooth surprise.
